Startup Module - Login form
This initial Login Screen shows the Software Version and License Details.
- To proceed with the Login just enter your name and Click on the Enter button.
- The Login Textbox is pre-loaded with the computer user name.

Startup Module - Run Modules
This Run-modules Screen shows the five module buttons located inside the ribbon. When you have selected a Strategic Plan the buttons become enabled and as you mouse over them each one lights up.
- Each module exists as a seperate program in the system and it is not necessary to close the module before running one of the other modules.

Startup Module - Strategic Plan Functions
This screen shows the buttons that are used to Create New or Delete Existing Strategic Plans.
You can also make a copy of an entire Strategic Plan as well as relocate the Strategic Plan on the Tree.

Startup Module - Xml import-Export
This screen shows the XML Services which are used for Importing and Exporting entire Strategic Plans.
- The XML Services buttons allow Import & Export plus they also show examples of Business & Academic Usage.
- XML is a data transmittion system that is Firewall and Anti-Virus friendly.

Startup Module - Integrity Checker
This screen shows the Integrity Check Start page.
- The Primary function is to check all the linkages between the database tables as shown.
- The Secondary requirement is to calculate and run checks on some of the aggregated totals data.
- A Checking Log is produced which can be exported into Excel.

This screen shows the System Log File.
- All major events that occur are loged to this file, however he Primary function is to check all the linkages between the database tables as shown.
- The Secondary requirement is to calculate and run checks on some of the aggregated totals data.
- It is important that no users are actively using the software to add or edit data at the time.

This screen shows the MS-Access Database File Backup facility.
- This facility simply makes a copy of the database file.
- It is important that no users are actively using the software to add or edit data at the time.
